8/6/2015, The Quicken Loans Arena, Cleveland OH (aka Rocket Arena). The first Republican presidential debate was hosted by Fox News, in partnership with Facebook. Donald Trump responds to a question from Megyn Kelly about him calling women "fat pigs, dogs, slobs and disgusting animals". KTVU FOX 2 San Francisco.
Following the debate, Trump criticized Kelly's questioning. On 8/7/2015, in a CNN interview, he said, "You could see there was blood coming out of her eyes, blood coming out of her wherever". This remark was widely interpreted as a sexist attack, though Trump later claimed he meant "nose" and that the comment was misinterpreted... and he wasn't referring to menstruation. Which is transparent BS.
